Changed my life. July 15, 2010 Kate (mhill. nj) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I started with this practice after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and it helped me sooo much. It is a wonderful introduction to yoga for anyone, especially those with chronic pain. The instructors are calm and soothing and they successfully create a healing environment. I strongly recommend this.

The tape help with my hip and back pain. I was able to get back to walking and continue my normal activities.
good but short and rushed April 29, 2010 SNAP (New York, New York) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I got the DVD Health Yoga for Aches and Pains. I like the routine and it's perfect for someone like me who's looking for gentle yoga and has to be very careful due to severe back problems. However, my problem with this DVD is two fold. First, it's a short 30-min routine. There's no extended or add on routine. Second, the routine is a bit rushed. Considering this is gentle yoga, the changes between poses is swift and you're not given enough time to come out of one pose and to move into the next. It's very sudden, which is definitely not the ideal way for the audience this is intended for -- people with injuries, aches, and pains. That said, I do like the routine.

52 years old and Very happy with this yoga program November 22, 2009 Jennifer L. Middleton 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am 52 years old and need to take a little extra time to get into the yoga positions. This cd allows ample time to do that. It's gentle but effective. I am also a massage therapist and buy extra of these cd's as loners for my clients that need to stretch but might not be able get up and down off of the floor easily. A lovely coastal setting along with these considerate yoga teachers makes this cd a keeper. Thank you Charles and Lisa for this excellent product!
